Executive Answers hires SaaS veteran Mike Cahill to lead 2015 expansion as President and build on the 400% 2014 growth

Executive Answers, the subscription growth agency that helps executives accelerate business growth, announced that Mike Cahill has joined the leadership team as President.

Mike joins Executive Answers after more than 10 years in the SaaS space working for industry leaders Taleo, SuccessFactors, HealthcareSource and Aasonn. He has consistently delivered top results in business development, sales, and sales management roles, most recently as VP of Partners and Alliances at Aasonn.

Prior to this, for close to a decade, Mike was an Executive Search Consultant for a number of companies, including Heidrick & Struggles, doing senior level searches for pre-IPO, venture-backed technology companies.

As President, Mike will drive the execution of the Executive Answers growth strategy. He will also be responsible for heading up the sales strategy practice working directly with Business Execution Coaching clients.

Growth and Expansion

Executive Answers had a tremendous first year growing revenue over 400%. Expansion was not only in revenue but also in geography as they expanded beyond South Florida to open regional offices in both Boston and Manchester, New Hampshire. The team also expanded during the year adding key talent with marketing expert Sam Balsama.
